As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and compassion, I help individuals bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
With an integration of complimentary methods, I draw from a selection of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. Together with each client I work to build on strengths and achieve life goals.
My goal is to leave the client with:
- Workable and concrete behavioral plans to help alleviate stress in every type of relationship and environment;
- Communication techniques and strategies to help create an atmosphere of understanding and respect in every type of relationship;
- Personal strength and trust of oneself to handle past and/or current misfortunes with optimism and resilience
